The current update snapshot

The current Would You Rather Anime Abilities Tower update label is UPD 10 as of September 11, 2026. The official Roblox title showed that label. The game description lists the door choice ability loop, more than 50 abilities, the Arena ring out objective, Win based Grades through SSS, and Admin Characters unlocked by joining the group.

Two newer badges are visible around this build:

  • Five Nights at Mahoraga, created September 6, describes a 1% chance for Freddy Fazbear to spawn instead of Mahoraga.
  • Grade X, created September 10 and enabled, says to rank up to Grade X.

This is not a complete UPD 10 changelog. The public experience page does not list every changed ability, balance adjustment, map edit, or bug fix. This article records what was visible on the stated date. Open the official Roblox experience to check the newest build.

What UPD 10 visibly confirms

Separate details visible on the current game page from claims made in community titles.

A new badge or label is not a full patch note. Grade X proves that the badge exists, but it does not establish a Win requirement. The Mahoraga badge gives an alternate spawn chance, but it does not provide a guaranteed farming route.

The Arena remains the progression center

UPD 10 still puts the Arena at the end of the main loop. You choose between paired doors, gain an anime inspired power, climb the tower, and enter multiplayer combat. Knock opponents off and remain as the last player standing to earn a Win. Wins move rank progression forward.

For returning players, verify these points in your first run after an update:

  1. Door behavior: check whether your selection replaces, adds, or resets a power in the current build.
  2. Skill prompts: read the live UI instead of using an old control or cooldown chart.
  3. Arena boundary: identify where displacement becomes a ring-out before committing to a long animation.
  4. Win credit: check that the Win counter changes after you finish as the last player standing.
  5. Grade display: compare your Grade before and after the Win, especially if you are near a new milestone.

These checks show exactly what changed in your run without assuming undocumented mechanics.

Grade X does not rewrite the older rank guide yet

The game’s current description says players collect Wins and climb ranks “all the way to SSS.” The enabled Grade badges establish D → C → B → A → S → SS → SSS. Grade X was added later. The badge exists, but the description still stops at SSS.

Do not assign Grade X a Win threshold or promise that it follows SSS until the live progression UI says so. If you are near the top ranks, watch the in-game Grade display and Roblox badge notification after each credited Win. The badge’s existence does not prove that it grants extra power.

The Mahoraga badge is update-sensitive

The Five Nights at Mahoraga badge covers rare event content from around this update period. Freddy Fazbear has a 1% chance to spawn instead of Mahoraga. The description does not say where the encounter begins or what action awards the badge.

Before spending time on attempts, confirm that Mahoraga content is reachable in the live server and that the badge remains enabled. Make sure you are playing place ID 96993839570687. Guides for similarly named anime tower experiences can point to a different universe.

How to check for a newer update

When this article is older than the game’s latest activity, check the update in this order:

  1. Open the official Roblox experience page and read the title and About description.
  2. Check the experience’s Badges section for new names, descriptions, and enabled status.
  3. Join the game and read the current menus, skill prompts, rank display, and event labels.
  4. Follow the official creator, Big Labs., through the experience page for any linked announcements.
  5. Treat third party videos or lists as secondary until they show the correct place ID and current interface.

Player counts, favorites, visits, ratings, prices, and “last updated” labels change constantly. They are not gameplay patch notes. Even an accurate stats page does not prove an ability buff, a new character, or a changed Arena rule.

What returning players should do first

Before changing your strategy, run one climb with a familiar door if possible. Read the current skill prompts and test movement away from the Arena edge. After the round, check the Win counter and Grade display. Then inspect the badge list for Grade X and Five Nights at Mahoraga.

That baseline run tells you which parts of your old routine still work and which mechanics need another test. It is more useful than memorizing an unofficial UPD 10 feature list.
